DHA-licensed clinical dietitian and health coach specialised in clinical and sports nutrition at AIG Clinics. I am specialised in obesity management, gastroenterology, diabetes, paediatrics, autoimmune diseases, food intolerance, slimming, and bariatric surgery.

I am passionate about improving the lives of my patients and creating personalised plans for them. I believes that, in addition to providing treatments, it is important to consider all aspects of one’s lifestyle for complete health and wellbeing.

    I still remember the first diet I ever did when I was 16 years old, it was basically not eating anything until I felt dizzy.

    2 years later I decided to study clinical nutrition and dietetics to help myself & help others.
